If you don't know what that is then you have nothing to worry about. If you do and are using it then you should stop because our servers will now be banning people for using it.

On it's own it's nothing too terrible, but it's become clear that it's primarily being used to exploit the source engine and generally mess with servers. We have a constant battle to keep our servers protected against exploits, users crashing or lagging them and all sorts of other stuff that will ruin the regular players fun.

Initially we will give players using it a fair warning by kicking for its use rather than banning, then in around two weeks time we will start banning.
