All the DSL Speed Increase Programs sometimes do is open up various ports for the designated program you would like to run. If your program is running with a port of 27015 (Default Counter-Strike Port) - And you haven't opened up that port so that you can use your bandwith, then the program generally runs slower. NOTE: I'm talking about your ping/latency/ms. Instead of downloading silly programs like this, go to this website and open your ports! http://www.portforward.com - For solutions on how to access your modem, and forward your ports. //click
