Well, Most of the people face the problem of low fps rather than connection problem and they lag like hell that's why I decided to upload the FPS config that will boost your fps. I also use the same config. It will give you FPS boost but you have to sacrifice your graphics.. to some extent maybe.

What is FPS
Frame rates in video games refer to the speed at which the image is refreshed (typically in frames per second, or FPS.) Many underlying processes such as collision detection and network processing often run at different or inconsistent frequencies and/or in different physical components of a computer. FPS affect the experience in two ways; low FPS will not be able to give the illusion of motion effectively and will affect the user's capacity to interact with the game, while FPS which vary substantially from one second to the next depending on the computational severity of the simulation will produce uneven “choppy” animation. Many games lock their framerate at lower but more sustainable levels to give consistently smooth motion.

What FPS config does
It lower your graphics and allow any PC running with low configuration to run CSS effectively. It disable the extra graphics such as 3D skies, Dead bodies etc. that doesn't affect the gameplay at all.

How to set it up
First of all, uncheck these 2 settings "Hide extensions for known file types" and "Hide protected operating system files" from 'Control Panel --> Folder Options -> View'. Then paste the file given in download link into:

For Steam users:
"(Install Drive):\Steam\SteamApps\(username)\counter-strike source\cstrike\cfg"

For NonSteam users:
"(Install Drive):\counter-strike source\cstrike\cfg"

Then create a new text document in the very folder you pasted the file into. Type "exec fpsconfig.cfg" in the text document without ",". Save and rename the text document to "autoexec.cfg" (no "," again). And you are done!

Note: The gameplay after running this config and before this may contain a great change for certain people. So try it people those who suffering from low fps!!!!

u dont need all that programs and software

just u need a good video card such as Nvidia 8000 , 9000 , 200 series that can gives u 250-300 fps !

im using Nvidia XFX 9600 GSO

soon ill get the ATI RADEON HD 5870

Guys dont try these programs, they're all rubbish. The only way u can increase your fps is by changing your graphic card. A program may increase your fps by 10 or 5 only!!
